Well it has happened we are at the end of my 2017 Emmy Awards wishes. This final presenter wishes also features two guests who have contributed amazing moments to the Emmy red carpet in the past, but are not individually nominated or presenting. The red carpet at the Emmy Awards tomorrow sounds like it will be an amazing night of fashion and I cannot wait to see what all of the stars wear, but before it happens I have a little more dreaming to do. So You Think You Can Dance hostess Cat Deeley is set to take the red carpet at the 2017 Emmy Awards tomorrow night and I am really excited to see what she will wear as an Emmy guest. Cat definitely has the potential to make a beautiful moment on the red carpet and I think that this pale lemon yellow Pamella Roland Resort 2018 one shoulder chiffon column gown which features a side cutout, and a daring split would be a totally glamorous moment on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards. This is a soft, romantic gown with a dash of sexy infused into it and I think that Cat would really make it a truly beautiful moment on the red carpet. A chic updo, gold set diamond chandelier earrings, a smokey eye, nude glossy lips, and a pair of gold Jeffrey Campbell ‘Obus’ sandals all would make sure that this look is glamour and bohemian elegance. With the premiere of the re-boot of Will and Grace imminent Debra Messing will be back on the Emmy Awards red carpet as a presenter tomorrow night. Back when it first aired Will and Grace earned Debra five Emmy nominations and one of those she won. Since then Debra has gone on to star in several other drama and comedy series, but I am glad to see she is returning to her iconic character. This year Debra has been wearing a lot of really great looks on the red carpet, and a few that left me scratching my head. I was searching for the perfect gown for Debra to wear on the Emmy red carpet, and then I saw the lookbook for the Zac Posen Spring 2018 RTW collection and this black velvet gown which features a square neckline, pastel floral embroidery, capped sleeves, and a slight train. This gown would totally flatter Deb and I know that it would totally make for a triumphant return to the Emmy Awards red carpet. I think that a Zac Posen gown deserves glamorous styling so I would add black and gold Rene Caovilla caged pearlescent suede pumps, old Hollywood waves, kohl rimmed eyes, red lip, and diamond cluster earrings to finish this look.Padma Lakshmi is actually nominated for Outstanding Reality Competition Program as a producer of Top Chef. I am always a fan of seeing what gorgeous gown that Padma wears on the Emmy Awards red carpet. She loves to wear bold color and in an interview she did with E! during her gown fitting for the Emmy Awards Padma says she is planning to wear something extremely colorful tomorrow night. I would love to see Padma break out a new designer for the Emmy’s with this pink and nude Delpozo Resort 2018 strapless tulle gown which features a delicate floral embroidery and pleated construction. I think that the airy, playful elegance of Delpozo would be a perfect fit for Padma to wear on the red carpet and I can totally see her wearing this gown as a major moment. Padma usually wears her hair down in loose waves and I am hoping that with this gown we see her wear her hair up in a braided bun updo, adding a smokey eye, glossy nude lip, diamond drop earrings, and a pair of metallic gold leather Sophia Webster ‘Rosalind’ crystal heal sandals to really make this look pop. Priyanka Chopra has some big shoes to fill this year after she topped my best dressed at the Emmy Awards list last year wearing a red Jason Wu gown (which you can now buy from Neiman Marcus.) I went on the hunt for the perfect gown to match that moment and I wasn’t loving anything. That is until I saw this electric blue Ralph Lauren Fall 2017 RTW collection strapless gown which features a patent leather bustier and a tulle ball skirt. Ralph has moved his runway shows to the in season, see now buy now model so this is the freshest collection that was just revealed to the public and I think that after she gave us such drama in a custom Ralph Lauren trench coat gown at the Met Gala that this would really just make a wow statement that fits her edgy yet princessy style. A vintage inspired updo, smokey eye, bold red lip, diamond and sapphire earrings, and a pair of silver Schutz ‘Thaynara’ metallic leather pumps would put this look on the top of the best dressed list again this year. Rashida Jones has gotten it right on the red carpet a lot this year so when she was announced as a presenter for the Emmy’s tomorrow night I got really excited. I think that she would definitely make this beautiful nude Elizabeth Kennedy Spring 2018 RTW one shoulder column gown which features a draped cape train from the shoulder with white 3D floral embellishments work on the red carpet. I had a little reservation about whether or not the gown would match her skin tone too much, but I think that if styled correctly that it would be totally perfection. I think the styling of this look will ensure that Rashida wears this gown and it doesn’t wear her. A sleek updo, smokey eye, rose pink lip, a pair of diamond cluster earrings, and a pair of nude suede Schutz ‘Cadey Lee’ sandals would totally elevate this look.Sarah Paulson wowed last year when she won her Emmy Award for The People vs. O.J. Simpson wearing a custom emerald green Prada gown, which took second on my best dressed of the Emmy’s list. Oscar de la Renta is sure to be on the red carpet tomorrow and with the new spring collection just presented there are a lot of really great viable options for the Emmy Awards red carpet. I think that this navy blue and yellow Oscar de la Renta Spring 2018 RTW strapless bell shaped skirt with a paint drip sequin detail from the bodice would look amazing on Sarah who loves to mesh avant garde with modern glamour. This gown would be really brought to life on the red carpet by Sarah especially when paired with a wavy bob, navy Jimmy Choo ‘Celeste’ clutch, smokey eye, red lip, diamond drop earrings, and a pair of navy Jimmy Choo ‘Hepser’ sandals.
