2017 Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet Wish List Part 4

Just a few more days until the 2017 Teen Choice Awards take place in LA! The glamour of this years red carpet is definitely one where we are going to see some really great moments. With all of the stars confirmed to attend, present, and perform I just get more excited as the days go by.Emma Roberts is a fixture on the Teen Choice Awards red carpet so with her nomination for Choice Comedy TV Actress for Scream Queen I would imagine that she will be on the red carpet again this year. My fashion choice for Emma is definitely a bit avant garde and out there for this type of a red carpet. I adore this ivy green Delpozo Fall 2017 RTW cocoon dress which features cap sleeves, a mini length, and embellishment at the bodice and I think this dress is right up Emma’s ally and I think that she would totally rock it on a red carpet. It might be a little too “fashion” for the Teen Choice Awards, but I am always one that lives by the creed of “go big or go home” and “when in doubt be extra.” So with that in mind I think that Emma would shut the red carpet down wearing this look on the red carpet. A chic high bun or pony tail, silver pumps, neutral makeup, and a silver clutch would make sure that this look is all about the dress.Back when Teen Wolf first burst onto the scene Holland Roden was everywhere and now that the show is in its final season she is back at it again. When I first fell in love with Holland she was delivering some really great high fashion looks. She kinda fell off of that, but she is getting back into the swing of things again. For the Teen Choice Awards, where she is nominated for Choice Summer TV Actress and Choice TV Ship, I went to a steadfast red carpet label with this blue floral printed Tadashi Shoji Pre-Fall 2017 cocktail dress which features bell shaped sleeves, a plunging neckline, and a tired skirt. This is the fun, more laid back approach to red carpet dressing that I expect to see on the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards red carpet. Because Holland isn’t a huge movie star or a major fashion player I don’t think that she has the latitude that some have to make big risks with her fashion choices. This dress is bright and punchy while being standard enough to fit in perfectly at this event. I would up the stakes with this look adding a hot pink satin clutch, strappy blue sandals, a light smokey eye, and a romantic wavy updo to really add the perfect punctuation to this look for Holland. I am so excited for the fall music award shows because Lorde is nominated for all kinds of stuff that I am just really excited to see her style emerge. Her red carpet mo has transitioned to this edgy bohemian take on dressing instead of just dark and oversized, thanks to major power stylist Karla Welch. I would love to be a fly on the wall in Karla’s studio as she creates racks of the options for Lorde to wear for all of the award shows that she will be attending. I am not sure if Lorde is attending the Teen Choice Awards this weekend, but if she is I want to see something really statement. For the Billboard Music Awards we saw Lorde shock us wearing a bright red Givenchy long sleeve gown, that we only saw on Instagram because she didn’t walk the red carpet, and I decided that color is amazing and I want to see Lorde shut the Teen Choice Awards down wearing this light pink Narciso Rodriguez Resort 2018 ensemble which features a suede bralet and a pair of crepe wool wide leg, high waisted pants. The color isn’t as bold as the Givenchy gown, but I think it is still just far enough outside of Lorde’s standard comfort zone to be something really amazing. With a pair of gold metallic pumps, loose curls, dark rimmed eyes, and a glossy nude lip I know that Lorde will absolutely kill the red carpet in this look. Rita Ora is confirmed to attend and perform at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night and I have to say that I am extremely EXCITED to see what she will bring to the red carpet. Rita isn’t a teenager and I bounced back and forth around several options trying to pick the perfect look for her to rock on the red carpet. I went to something sexy and edgy with this black Barbara Bui Fall 2017 RTW double breasted suit which features some absolutely amazing silver metallic snake embroidery throughout for Rita to rock on the Teen Choice red carpet. The look might be a little too much for Rita to wear for the Teen Choice Awards, but if anyone can make it work it’s Rita. Rounding the look out with a major sleek high ponytail, smokey eye, nude lip, and a pair of silver crystal embellished pointed toe pumps would ensure that this look is a perfect ensemble for her to rock on the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards. The whole cast of Pretty Little Liars is expected to take to the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday and I have to say I am really excited to see what they are going to bring to the red carpet. Shay Mitchell is joined by her PLL co-stars Torian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, and Sasha Pieterse nominated for Choice Drama TV Actress so I am really interested in seeing what they will all wear on the red carpet. Shay has been a stand out style star from this cast for a long time so I have high expectations for what she will wear on Sunday night. I was at the Libertine Fall 2017 RTW show during New York Fashion Week back in February and there were so many fun looks that came down the runway, but there was really only one look that I really wanted to see on a red carpet. This black shift dress which features voluminous sequined, rose embroidered sleeves is amazing, it moved beautifully and I think that Shay will totally make it the major red carpet moment that I want it to be. I think that the dress is chic and fun which makes for the perfect dress for Shay to rock the Teen Choice Awards red carpet. A chic pair of strappy red sandals, loose updo, smokey eye, red lips, and a simple black clutch would ensure that this look is styled perfectly.
