I posted a wish list earlier this year for the Season 7 premiere of Game of Thrones, but then the premiere of the season was postponed. Well now the series is slated to actually have its red carpet premiere in LA on July 12, 2017 ahead of the shows season premiere on HBO on July 16, 2017. I decided to update my wishes and make some changes with clothes that had not yet been presented when I posted my last wish list and update wishes with clothes that have already been worn on a red carpet. I had originally picked the Christian Dior Couture cocktail dress that Nicole Kidman wore for the Cannes Film Festival photocall for The Killing of a Sacred Deer for Emilia Clarke to rock on the red carpet for the Game of Thrones Season 7 premiere back in April. Since it had been worn, I decided to just move on and find another beautiful dress for her. Earlier this year Emilia Clarke was announced as the face of the Dolce & Gabbana fragrance “The One,” now while Dolce is not the strictest when it comes to spokesmodels wearing their brand on the red carpet. I did, despite that fact, pick a look from the label for her to wear on the red carpet at this premiere. Emilia has a history that is mostly cocktail looks for a Game of Thrones premiere so for this seasons premiere I think that this metallic gold and blue floral embroidered Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2016 Alta Moda 50’s style cocktail dress would be absolutely perfect. This dress just screams glamour and I know that Emilia would deliver it as a totally retro glam moment on the red carpet. To ensure that this is one of my favorite looks from Emilia, ever, I would love to see this dress is styled with a beehive style updo, winged eyeliner, a rosy pink lip, diamond cluster earrings, and a pair of matching light blue pumps.Over the course of this year Gwendoline Christie has made herself someone I actually take interest in seeing on the red carpet. I had kind of written Gwendoline off because she almost never opts for looks that flatter, and I know that she has the potential to wow. The actress towers over her co-stars at 6 foot 3 inches and has a hard time finding looks that flatter her curves and her height. We also often see Gwendoline in shades of nude that just don’t vibe well with her skin tone. For the Season 7 premiere of Game of Thrones in LA next week I think that Gwendoline should go for full glam wearing this white long sleeve Francesco Scognamiglio Fall 2017 Couture column gown which features beautiful laser cut detailing, beaded embellishments, and a simple train. I have the confidence in Gwendoline to really make this a beautiful moment on the red carpet, and with this being one of my favorite (late addition) looks from the Fall 2017 Couture collections, that is a task that one should be honored with. I think that with her statuesque elegance that Gwendoline would really ensure that this gown is worn beautifully on this red carpet. A sleek updo, lined eye, red lip, white clutch, and a pair of simple silver sandals would add the perfect finishing touches to this ensemble. We have not seen Lena Headey on any red carpet in over a year. I wonder if she has just given up. I read recently that Lena said that her character “is not having a good time” this season and that “winter is coming,” which lays out the idea that season 7 of Game of Thrones will be her last. Now the show is only going to have one more season after this, but I am hoping that if this is Lena’s last season with the show that she rides the promotional trail as long as she can. I would absolutely adore seeing Lena step on to the red carpet at the LA premiere of the season wearing this black La Perla Fall 2017 RTW tuxedo. Lena loves darker, more edgy yet glamorous looks on the red carpet and I think that this suit with its beautiful embellishments fits right in with Lena’s signature edgy glamour. Adding a black clutch, sleek hairstyle, red lip, and a pair of black pumps this would be a perfect red carpet return for Lena. Maisie Williams is a young fashionista and I know that she will deliver some type of lewk on the red carpet at the Game of Thrones Season 7 premiere in LA. Maisie tends to go for the more obscure brands that radiate femininity for her red carpet looks. I decided to pick this beautiful black and seafoam green Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini Fall 2017 RTW netted cocktail dress which features a high-low style hemline and sweetheart neckline. I think that this feminine and flirty style would be a very chic moment on Maisie and the dress would be a perfect party look for her to wear on the red carpet at this premiere. With a statement clutch (one of Maisie’s favorite accessories,) a chic curly updo, simple black sandals, and a dark berry lip this would make this look the perfect mesh of flirty and edgy. I am still trying to understand Nathalie Emmanuel. She has the potential to really wow on the red carpet and has access to some of the best designers and collections in the world. So why is it that I am just not falling in love with her? She gives this very relaxed approach to red carpet dressing and it often comes off as sloppy. I would love to see her go for a very bold look for the LA premiere of Game of Thrones Season 7 with this rainbow lamé pleated Rosie Assoulin Resort 2018 gown which features a halter neckline, a cut out bodice design, and a pleated full length skirt. The bold colors of this gown is out of Nathalie’s red carpet comfort zone, but I think that the shape and style of the gown fits her style to a t. I would keep the styling of this look very simple to allow the dress to do all of the talking. Her tight curls, a lined eye, nude lip, and a pair of gold sandals all would ensure that Nathalie has a beautiful red carpet moment.Rounding out this list is the beautiful Sophie Turner. Last year Sophie was one of my rising stars, then she got stuck in the web that its Louis Vuitton. I am very much over seeing Sophie wearing Louis Vuitton, but I don’t think that is going to change anytime soon. For the Season 7 premiere of Game of Thrones in LA next week I went back to one of my favorite Louis Vuitton collections in a white and this gold, black, and silver Louis Vuitton Cruise 2018 dress which gives this layered Bohemian vibe to it. We have seen other similar looks worn by Emma Watson and Fan Bingbing and they have actually come across quite well and I think that this gown on Sophie would be very chic for the red carpet at this premiere. I would add a pair of gold Louis Vuitton sandals, a black Louis Vuitton ‘Petite Malle’ clutch, tight low bun, smokey eye, and a light pink lip to really let this be one of Sophie’s best Louis Vuitton looks yet.
