The hottest ticket on the summer event schedule in London is the Serpentine Gallery’s Summer Party. Each year a different fashion label hosts the event. We have seen Tommy Hilfiger, Christopher Kane, Brioni, and L’Wren Scott all host the event in years past. This year Kaiser Karl Lagerfeld and the House of Chanel are hosting this years Serpentine Gallery Summer Party, so I think a major red carpet is in store for us tomorrow night. We usually see muses of the fashion house, as well as some of the biggest stars to come out of England. Chanel loves British women, with several of their faces hailing from Great Britain, so it was easy to pick a few ladies I want to see on the red carpet at the Serpentine Gallery tomorrow. Cara Delevinge has been a muse of Karl’s for a long time so I would be surprised if she wasn’t on the red carpet tomorrow. With the promo tour her film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets getting ready to kick off I think that we will be seeing Cara step out for several red carpets between now and then just to keep up appearances. It has been three years since Cara last attended a Serpentine Gallery party and I think the mix of her impending promo tour and her relationship with Chanel are the perfect formula to get her back on the red carpet. The dress code for the Serpentine Gallery party is always a mystery to me. We see people show up in gowns and in casual summer dresses. For the two parties that Cara has attended she has only worn black gowns. I think that with her shaved head that this black Chanel Fall 2017 RTW gown which features sequin embellishments, a metal neckline, feathers at the peplum and hem, and sheer detail would be the perfect choice for Cara to wear on the red carpet at the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party. I think despite this gown being black and from a fall collection that it would still read as a perfect look for the outdoor red carpet. Simple black sandals and a red lip would really make this look perfection.Ellie Bamber is a rising British starlet that has earned the love of exclusive fashion houses like Chanel and Tom Ford. When I heard that Chanel was hosting this years I knew that I would have to put Ellie on the list because in the last year if there has been a Chanel event then there has been Ellie Bamber on the red carpet. Since we are in the throws of summer now, and the party is celebrating the summer season, that maybe we will finally get to see this beautiful Chanel Spring 2016 Couture floral tea length gown on the red carpet. I have wanted to see this gown on a red carpet since it first walked the runway in January of 2016 and it has just never gotten a moment. I kind of blame it on the fact that Julianne Moore wore a black version of this gown, that also walked the runway in this show, to the Oscars last year. I think that Ellie would look so chic, summery, and flirtatious wearing this gown on the red carpet at the Serpentine Gallery’s Summer Party tomorrow night. With loose waves, a bright pink lip, and gold sandals I really do think that this could be one of Ellie’s best red carpet looks ever. Keira Knightley was the first person I thought of when it came to who we might see on the red carpet at the Serpentine Gallery’s Summer Party tomorrow because of her close personal relationship with Chanel. Just like Cara the last time Keira was at the Serpentine Gallery party was back in 2014 and she did wear Chanel on the red carpet. I bet that she will be back on the red carpet tomorrow. In 2014 Keira wore a very chic and summery Chanel gown, but for this year I went with short and gilded with this gold Chanel Cruise 2018 ensemble which features a jeweled short sleeve jacket and a gorgeous flared pleated knee length skirt. When I first saw this look on the runway Keira was the first person who came to my mind, and she was seated front row at this show so I am really hoping that she thought the same thing and really delivers this look on a red carpet. I would style this look with a pair of gold Christian Louboutin pumps, loose waves, a smokey eye, nude lip, and gold Chanel quilted bag as a clutch to really turn this into a gorgeous moment. Rita Ora is the final lady I am featuring in my wishes for the Serpentine Gallery’s Summer Party. With her new show Boyband kicking off last week I think that keeping up appearances will be important for Rita. I would love to see a more softer and glamorous side of Rita on the red carpet at the Serpentine Summer Party wearing this ombre grey feathered Chanel Spring 2017 Couture cocktail dress which features beautiful embellishments and a cape like neckline. This might be a little more of a stretch than some of the other looks that I have put on this wish list. We saw Julianne Moore wear a similar dress during Cannes. I think that this would show a more demure and elegant side to Rita that we don’t get to see very often. Rounding out this look with a pair of blue satin sandals, diamond cluster earrings, a chic updo, smokey eye, and a nude lip would really make this the most elegant look that we have seen from Rita in a long time.
