South x Southwest 2017: “Baby Driver” Premiere Red Carpet Wish List

lily-james-south-by-southwest-baby-driver-premiere-red-carpet-wish-list-1South x Southwest kicks off this weekend and I am really excited to see what the stars are going to bring to the red carpet over the course of the indie festival. Lily James will be one of the stars who will be making the journey to Austin, Texas to promote her new film, Baby Driver. Before I get onto the fashion I have to get my distaste of the name of this film out. The title Baby Driver does not make me think of a crime thriller, but of some sort of rom-com where a nanny drives around kids and hates her job. Maybe something along the lines of The Pacifier with Vin Diesel, but not an action, crime, thriller. Now that I have that out of my system lets get on with the fashion. When Lily first came onto the scene I was always excited to see what she was going to bring to the red carpet next, but last year her red carpet choices were really underwhelming for the most part. I really hope that when she steps out for the South x Southwest premiere of Baby Driver I would love to see Lily rep a British label wearing this light and feminine Erdem Fall 2017 RTW lace midi dress which features a plunging neckline and a handkerchief hem. This dress is feminine and elegant and I do think that Lily will wear it incredibly well. South x Southwest is more of a relaxed environment, but the premieres still usually hold more glamour than say Sundance. Styling this dress with a loose updo, lined eye, light pink glossy lip, and a pair of nude floral embroidered Jimmy Choo ‘Lucy’ suede pointed toe ankle strap pumps would really make this a gorgeous moment for Lily on the red carpet.
