On the eve of the Golden Globes stars gather to raise money for The Art of Elysium, which is an charitable organization that provides an emotionally and physically safe space for the mutual exchange between artist and individuals in need. The annual gala is titled the Heaven Gala and usually brings out a huge celebrity attendance and is chaired by artists of different types every year. The visionary of this years gala is Stevie Wonder and it is going to be a star studded event. Camilla Belle will be honored at the Heaven Gala with the Spirit of Elysium award and as an annual attendee of this event I know she will be on the red carpet. Camilla almost always wears Carolina Herrera for this event and I decided to stick with that for this years red carpet. I went with a little edgier of a look with this strapless denim Carolina Herrera Spring 2017 RTW ball gown which features contrast stitching, and an overlay detail on a sweetheart neckline. This gown is classic glamour with a twist since it is made with denim. Putting the dress in full Hollywood glamour with a pair of gold sandals, a gold clutch, elegant updo, lined eye, red lips, and yellow gold diamond cluster earrings would really ensure that this is a major look for Camilla.Dita Von Teese, and everyone else on this list, are on the host committee for this years Heaven Gala, and I am excited to see what the burlesque beauty will bring to the red carpet. I am longing for the days that every single red carpet look that Dita wore came straight off the couture runways of Dior, Elie Saab, Christian Lacroix, or Jean Paul Gaultier. While she has had some pretty looks recently Dita’s red carpet looks have been a bit standard and forgettable. I would love to see Dita kick off 2017 in high style wearing this bluish purple Elie Saab Fall 2016 Couture long sleeve dress which features a plunging neckline, asymmetrical peplum, gold embroidered lace, 3D floral embellishments, and a velvet belt. This look fits perfectly with Dita’s vintage style and would look fantastic against her alabaster skin and dark black hair. Rounding this look with a pair of gold Christian Louboutin pumps, a white Christian Louboutin ‘Eden’ peony satin clutch, a pair of diamond cluster earrings, retro curls, a cat eye, and red lip would really ensure that Dita is back on top in 2017. After ending her red carpet game inn 2016 strong with a black and gold Schiaparelli Couture dress the premiere of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story I am praying that Jaime King keeps her mojo rolling right into and through 2017. As a member of the Heaven Gala host committee I am really hoping that Jaime is on the red carpet bringing her more modern take on glamour to the red carpet. I think that Jaime would look absolutely fantastic wearing this teal Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2017 floral jacquard gown which features a inverted V neckline, a strapless silhouette, and allover floral details. This gown and its classic styling would match with Jaime’s red carpet presence to make her the perfect pair on the red carpet. A chic updo, red lip, black sandals, and diamond drop earrings would add the perfect finishing touches to this look. When she first showed up on the red carpet scene, back when Mad Men was just getting off the ground, January Jones really wowed me. She caught the attention of major labels like Prabal Gurung and Versace. January was almost always on best dressed lists. Last year I lost a lot of that magic. Since Man Men ended January had not had good red carpet game, but I am hoping that she will be back on form in 2017. For the Art of Elysium Heaven Gala I think that this gorgeous smokey blue Marchesa Spring 2017 RTW column gown which features ombré fringe, a halter styled neckline, and antique silver and blue crystal accents would put January back on the top of best dressed lists. The simple drama of this dress is perfect for this type of red carpet. A pair of silver sandals, a silver clutch, dainty diamond drop earring, a romantic updo, and a pink lip would really add the perfect finishing touches to this look.I adore Rachel Bilson but it has been a hot minute since I have really been drawn to anything that she has worn. It’s not that she has been wearing anything bad, or worst dressed worthy, but she has been wearing a lot of standard and forgettable dressed. For the Heaven Gala on Saturday I think that Rachel would be standout wearing this bright multicolored Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2016 RTW strapless cocktail dress which features a full 50’s style skirt. I think that this dress could put Rachel back on the Best Dressed lists. The bold color and flirty nature of this dress are perfection and In really think that it would be a standout look for Rachel. Paring this dress with a gold clutch, gold sandals, a vintage diamond collar necklace, romantic updo, diamond bracelet, and a smokey eye would really send this look over the top for Rachel.Last for this list is Scarlett Johansson. It has been a while since Scarlett has really blown me away on a red carpet. I don’t know if this red carpet is the one that is going to give me that best dressed of the year style, but it could certainly put Scarlett back on a killer red carpet dressing path. I have been wanting to see ScarJo hit the red carpet wearing this light pink Atelier Versace Fall 2016 Couture gown which features a ruffled off the shoulder sweetheart portrait neckline, asymmetrical peplum, column silhouette, and a dramatic center split since it was first debuted back in July. I think that Scarlett would look so chic, and wearing this look could put her on a best dressed list for sure. I don’t think that there needs to be much added to this look to really make it a stand out look. I would just pair this gown with a black Edie Parker clutch, diamond drop earrings, a pair of black sandals, smokey eye, and a soft pink lip to really round this look out perfectly for Scarlett.
