2016 Emmy Awards Red Carpet Wish List Part 5

christine-baranski-2016-emmy-awards-red-carpet-wish-list-1I have to start by apologizing for just posting pictures the past couple of days. I am currently working on a political campaign (anyone who follows my Twitter or Instagram has probably already figured this out) so I have been really busy recently. I am really excited about Sunday night’s Emmy Awards and all the gorgeous looks that are expected to hit the red carpet. This will be the final Emmy nomination that Christine Baranski will receive for her work on The Good Wife. I am expecting that Christine will not break her tradition in hitting the Emmy Awards red carpet wearing Zac Posen. Yesterday Zac showed an AMAZING Spring 2017 collection at New York Fashion Week but I decided that I wanted to keep with this gorgeous ink blue Zac Posen high neck floral gown from the Fall 2016 RTW would be a perfect moment for Christine for the Emmy Awards red carpet. I think that this gown is so chic and elegant and a perfect way for Christine to put the final period on The Good Wife chapter of her career. heidi-klum-2016-emmy-awards-red-carpet-wish-list-1I am praying that Heidi Klum delivers something absolutely gorgeous on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards on Sunday night. Usually Heidi falls short but I know that she has the potential to be one of the best dressed of the night. When most that attend the Emmy Awards don’t have the access to top labels Heidi can call up just about any label and have something shipped to her front door. I would die if Heidi brought couture glamour to the Emmy red carpet with this amazing Armani Prive Fall 2016 Couture strapless embellished bustier gown which features a velvet skirt with draped peplum pockets. This is such a high glam moment, which is something that Heidi hasn’t brought to the red carpet in a long time. A chic romantic updo, red lip, diamond drop earrings, a pair of Christian Louboutin black sandals would really make this an amazing moment for Heidi. kirsten-dunst-2016-emmy-awards-red-carpet-wish-list-1Kirsten Dunst has had a killer fashion run this year and I am hoping that she really kills it, yet again, on the Emmy Awards red carpet. The moment that I saw this pink Oscar de la Renta Resort 2017 sleeveless column gown which features chic floral embellishments all over and a goldenrod yellow taffeta sash I said that it would be perfect for Kirsten. I think that Kirsten has the old school glam to really make this a killer red carpet moment. Going full with it and adding a light pink lip, gold clutch, chic updo, and a pair of simple gold sandals would ensure that Kirsten slays.sarah-paulson-2016-emmy-awards-red-carpet-wish-list-1Sunday night is supposed to be a big night for Sarah Paulson. She is rumored to be the one who is going to take home the statue for her role in The People v.s O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story so I am praying that this will be one of her best looks ever. I would love to see Sarah hit the Emmy red carpet wearing this gorgeous black and gold J. Mendel Fall 2016 Couture embellished gown which featured a gorgeous tiered gown. Sarah isn’t one to go for a big ball gown or a dramatic train, but this would be gorgeous on her. A chic updo, smokey eye, and black pumps would ensure that Sarah would be gorgeous on the red carpet. viola-davis-2016-emmy-awards-red-carpet-wish-list-1Rounding out this list is the reigning Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series is How To Get Away With Murder’s Viola Davis. I would love to see Viola hit the red carpet at the Emmy Awards wearing this gorgeous Elizabeth Kennedy Resort 2017 gown which features a black strapless bustier and full lilac evening skirt. Viola doesn’t go for princess often but I think that this would be an absolutely gorgeous moment for her to bring some old school glam to the red carpet. Chic waves, statement diamond necklace & black sandals would really send this look over the top.
